Jared Williams
Jared Williams was born in Oveido, FL in 1978. He spent his childhood in Alabama, Texas, North Carolina, and moved back to Florida after high school in ‘97. Graduating with honors from T.W. Andrews H.S. Jared completed a two year study in Sports Med. He has participated in most mainstream sports competitively and has acquired a vast knowledge of body mechanics, physics, muscular awareness and communication. Upon completion of massage school in 1998, Jared has worked as a full time therapist, coach, and instructor. Jared has now specialized in Muscular Therapy and Awareness Coaching which has begun to revolutionize the massage industry. Favorite Modalities: Reflexology, Pressure Therapy, Myofascial Release, Touch for Health, and Reiki.
John Adams
John Adams graduated from the Florida College of Natural Health with an A.S Degree in Advanced Soft Tissue Manipulation. He has extensive training in Deep Tissue, Clinical Sports Therapy, Therapeutic Massage, Neuromuscular, Cranial-sacral, Reiki and Myofascial Release. In 2002 he developed the Muscular Freedom Technique. Over time this technique transformed into a shorter more effective way of healing the body.

Becca Covert
My goal as a therapist is to activate a restored feeling among the client with a fully functional mind, body and spirit. I was inspired to become a muscular therapist when I was involved in high school sports. During my sophomore year of track season I got into a car accident. Through my insurance, I was able to receive chiropractic and massage therapy. I found out the benefits of massage therapy increased my performance in sports and eased the discomfort I felt in my body. I had always known I wanted a career that would help people feel better and make a difference in their lives. I decided becoming a muscular therapist was right for me. I graduated on November 18, 2009 from the Florida College of Natural Health with my associate science degree in advanced massage techniques. I also earned my National Certification and Florida State license in massage therapy. I look forward to working with you all and getting to know the awesome people in the area.
