The Fix Wellness system is designed to relieve pain and optimize mobility while educating the client to avoid re-occurance of injury.  This is also very affective in correcting many years of improper posture.  Our goal is to empower everyone to live their lives in good health and pain free.  Each Fix treatment is customized depending on the consistency of the muscles, awareness and muscle control.

The Fix is a proprietary system of healing, combined with the use of soft tissue manipulation, proper breathing techniques, and awareness of Neuromuscular association.

The Fix Therapy uses a series of specific techniques and body movements to locate areas of disassociation in the body. The Fix Therapy is completely customized based on the needs of the client and the therapist's observations.

The Fix Therapy incorporates more frequent visits with shorter duration that allows for the therapist and client to communicate throughout the session. This re-educates the muscles and re-establishes a neurological and conscious connection with the soft tissue. Results are based on soft-tissue consistency, hydration level, attitude, and nutrition.

Adams Muscular Therapy (A.M.T.) treats the whole person restoring the body back to its naturally balanced state of functionality.   A.M.T. uses a comprehensive set of theories and techniques to identify dysfunctional patterns unique to each individual and design a treatment plan that fits your lifestyle. A.M.T. recognize that psychological and emotional factors also need to be considered for complete healing to take place; Pain that arises from stress is no less real than that derived from physical.

Many athletes would attest to the fact that massages help in treating pain, and speed up recovery, but now scientists have the evidence to go along with their testimonies.
